Taconova TacoSetter Inline 100 AV23 balancing valve DN 20 – G 1″, 4–15 l/min

The Taconova TacoSetter Inline 100 is a balancing valve designed for the direct adjustment, indication and control of volume flow in pipe systems. Article number 223.1300.000 has a DN 20 nominal size, G 1-inch connections and a measuring range of 4 to 15 l/min.

The integrated transparent measuring scale allows the adjusted flow rate to be read directly in litres per minute. No additional measuring instruments, diagrams or calculations are required.

The flow rate is adjusted using the setting screw on the upper section of the valve. The valve can also be adjusted towards zero flow, although a small amount of residual leakage may remain.

Correct hydraulic balancing provides a more even distribution of energy, improves system efficiency and allows the flow rate to be matched to individual consumers or branches of the installation.

The valve is suitable for heating and cooling systems, underfloor heating, heating-circuit manifolds, sanitary installations, heat pumps and other compatible water systems.

The valve body is made of brass, the sight glass is made of heat- and impact-resistant plastic, and the seals are made of EPDM. It can be used with heating water, potable water and suitable antifreeze or corrosion-protection mixtures containing up to 50% glycol.

The valve can be installed horizontally, vertically or at an angle. The flow direction marked on the valve body must be observed during installation.
