Refund policy

1) Right of withdrawal (consumers)

A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. Please send the withdrawal notice to info@lazar-projekt.si or by post to our address. We recommend using the withdrawal form, if available.

  • Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.

  • We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment, using the same payment method.

  • In the event of withdrawal, we also refund the basic, lowest-cost delivery charges paid at the time of purchase. Additional charges for express or upgraded delivery methods are not refunded.

  • The cost of returning the shipment is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is on our side, for example non-conformity or damage.

The goods must be returned undamaged, in unchanged quantity and properly packaged. The buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods if this results from handling that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions: withdrawal is not possible for goods made to order or clearly customised to the buyer’s needs, or for products which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if the sealed product was opened after delivery.

2) Exchanges

Exchange for another product or variant is possible by prior agreement. In practice: you return the product, we issue a credit note or refund the purchase price, and you then place a new order.

3) Non-conformity of goods (complaints)

If the goods received do not conform to the contract, for example in the case of an incorrect item or hidden defects, please notify us at info@lazar-projekt.si. In accordance with the law, the consumer may request repair or replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Instructions for shipping and resolving the case will be sent by e-mail.

4) Damaged shipment

Please check the package upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged, please refuse acceptance or complete a damage report with the delivery provider. If you notice the damage later, please send us photos of the package/product and the order number within 24 hours.

5) B2B

For legal entities, the right of withdrawal without giving any reason does not apply. The rules on non-conformity of goods and warranty apply.
