Oventrop 1024464 straight return temperature limiter valve DN 15, 1/2"

The Oventrop 1024464 is a straight-pattern valve designed to limit the return temperature in heating systems. It is primarily used to control the return temperature in underfloor heating circuits and can also be used to limit the return temperature of radiators.

The valve insert features a double plug that helps prevent unintentional overheating of the heated surface. The valve also includes a frost protection function. Using the appropriate special tool, the valve insert can be replaced without draining the heating system.

The valve body is made of nickel-plated brass, while the spindle is made of stainless steel. The valve features an Rp 1/2" female connection, an R 1/2" male connection and an M 30 × 1.5 thread for fitting a thermostatic head.

For temperature control, the valve must be combined with a suitable Oventrop Uni RTLH thermostatic head. The thermostatic head is not included. The black cap fitted to the valve is a protective cap and not a thermostatic head.
