The FEIN VersaMAG VISE 160 L SET provides a flexible mobile clamping solution for processing large and heavy metal components. It can be positioned quickly on suitable ferromagnetic surfaces, eliminating the need for a permanently installed bench vise.

Its finely adjustable permanent magnet enables accurate positioning on steel workbenches, beams, structural elements and other magnetic surfaces. The innovative three-rotor magnetic system provides a holding force of up to 12,500 N, while the vise itself delivers a clamping force of up to 19,000 N.

A clamping width of 160 mm, a jaw width of 150 mm and a jaw height of 60 mm make the vise suitable for large sheets, pipes, profiles, cast components and other bulky workpieces.

According to FEIN, the system can be ready for use up to ten times faster than conventional fixed clamping systems. Its short setup time makes it particularly suitable for repair work, on-site installation, workshop production and repetitive operations.

The supplied workpiece stop and depth stop enable repeatable positioning for serial drilling, cutting and trimming. Two spirit-level vials help align the system accurately.

A removable chip tray simplifies cleaning, while the ergonomic spindle handle enables high clamping force and comfortable operation.

The FEIN VersaMAG VISE 160 L SET is part of the modular VersaMAG L system. With an optional welding plate, the magnetic base can be converted into a mobile welding table. Raised jaws and aluminium protective jaws are also available as optional accessories.
