Delivery areas and delivery times

We deliver to Slovenia, Croatia and selected European Union countries via GLS.

Countries outside the European Union, or countries where customs procedures are required, are currently not included. Delivery to countries such as Serbia, the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland is not available at this time.

Typical delivery times after dispatch are:

Slovenia: 1–2 business days
Croatia: 2–4 business days
EU: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are informative and may be extended due to holidays, increased delivery volumes, incorrect address details, non-collection of the shipment or other circumstances beyond the direct control of the provider.

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the order and the destination country. The final shipping price including VAT is displayed in the cart or at checkout.

Delivery outside Slovenia over 10 kg

For orders outside Slovenia up to a total weight of 10 kg, the shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery country and order weight.

For orders outside Slovenia over 10 kg, the shipping cost is calculated by individual offer. Before placing your order, please contact us at info@lazar-projekt.si.

If an order outside Slovenia exceeds 10 kg and the system does not offer a shipping option, the order cannot be completed with automatic shipping. In this case, please contact us so that we can prepare an individual transport offer.

Delivery to GLS Parcel Locker or Parcel Shop

Delivery to a GLS Parcel Locker or Parcel Shop is possible only for products and packages that meet the permitted dimensions and weight for this delivery method.

Products or packages that exceed the permitted dimensions, weight or girth for parcel locker delivery cannot be delivered to a GLS Parcel Locker. For such products, delivery is possible only to an address or by prior individual agreement, depending on the size and weight of the package.

If the selected delivery method is not feasible due to the dimensions, weight or type of product, we reserve the right to contact the customer and propose another suitable delivery method.

Personal pickup

Personal pickup is available at the following address:

Pickup is available from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 16:00, and at other times by prior arrangement.

Pickup is possible once you receive an e-mail notification that your order is ready for pickup.

Products with delivery restrictions

Some products are not shipped by GLS standard parcel delivery. This mainly applies to oversized or heavy products, products that exceed the permitted dimensions, weight or girth for standard GLS parcel delivery, fragile products, made-to-order products or products where a special delivery arrangement is required due to the nature of the goods.

Such products may be clearly marked in the store as:

Personal pickup only
or
Special delivery by arrangement

If the cart contains at least one product marked as “Personal pickup only”, only personal pickup will generally be available at checkout. For products where special delivery is possible, please contact us before placing your order at info@lazar-projekt.si.

Upon request, we can arrange special transport for certain products, for example pallet delivery or another dedicated delivery method. In this case, we will prepare an individual offer for you.

If you select delivery for a product that is not suitable for the selected delivery method due to its dimensions, weight or product label, we reserve the right to change the delivery method, prepare an individual delivery offer or cancel the order with a refund of the purchase price.

Failed delivery or incorrect address

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable or the shipment not being collected, we will coordinate the next steps with you.

Any additional costs of repeated delivery are borne by the customer.

Damaged shipments

Please check the package upon receipt. If the package is visibly damaged, refuse acceptance or complete a damage report with the delivery provider.

If you notice the damage after receiving the shipment, please send us photos of the damaged packaging, the product and the order number to info@lazar-projekt.si no later than within 24 hours.

International shipping for orders over 10 kg
For orders outside Slovenia where the total product weight exceeds 10 kg, shipping costs are not calculated automatically. Shipping is calculated individually by offer. Please contact us at info@lazar-projekt.si before placing your order.
